I started playing backgammon when I was just a kid, so over the years I’ve become a pretty good player.  

 

 

It’s hard to believe that I’ve continued to have fun with it all this time, but backgammon is one of those great games that is never the same and always exciting.  But, when I heard you could play backgammon for money that really got me excited.

I didn’t even realize casinos had been offering it; I’ve just never really made it out to the casinos I guess.  Then one day I was flipping through television stations and I saw a world pro tournament where they were playing backgammon for money; I couldn’t believe it!

So then I got online and found out that there was internet backgammon.  So, all just by flipping through the channels, I’d come to find I could be playing backgammon for money from my own home.  I got started right away.

Internet backgammon is great.  The casinos really make it a fun experience and I meet all sorts of other online players who are really nice and a lot of fun to share strategy tips with.  But the best part is obviously playing backgammon for money.  It’s great because when you’ve spent a lot of time with a game and have become really good at it, it’s nice to get a reward.  Not only that though, playing for money just really adds to the excitement.  Since you’re playing for something and have something to win or lose, backgammon becomes more of a goal and a mission than a simple game; and that’s a lot of fun!
